   h. Do not provide any information that exploits minors in a sexual or violent manner or solicits information about a minor.
   i. Do not promote illegal or unauthorized copying of another’s copyrighted work.
   j. We have the right to limit the number of emails sent to other users in a 24 hr. period to prevent harassment, spam, etc.
   k. Konect.net may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that are offensive or illegal.
   l. Do not use this Website to up load or distribute any virus, Trojan horses, or do anything else that causes harm to any member’s system or Konect.net ‘s system.
   m. No nudity or obscene photos, no offensive language.
   
5. Refunds:  Konect.net does not provide refunds of any kind.  All transactions are final.
   
6. Disclaimers and Warranties: Konect.net is not responsible for incorrect content posted on the Website. You understand and agree that you use Konect.net and its related services at your own risk.  These services are provided as-is without representation or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, other than those warranties which are incapable of exclusion under law.  Konect.net is not responsible for the conduct online or offline of any Member.  The Website assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of user communications.  The Website is not responsible for any problems or malfunction of telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers and providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, technical problems or traffic congestion.  The Website is not responsible for any damage to users’ personal computers.  Konect.net does not promise any specific results.
